BBMS has built-in mechanisms for connecting to databases using ODBC or OLE. 

In practice, there is no need to give up the existing records kept in Excel, Calc, Access,
 or using an application in the SQL database.

Data can be imported into the sub-database on request. 

The software automatically combines the imported data with the BBMS master database data.

There are no restrictions on the use of subbases.

Sub-databases can contain records of probants, test results, statistical data, surveys, etc. just any data.
